This notice explains how information you provide in a phone call or WhatsApp message is handled.

Information you may provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, telephone number, local area, practical-test date, test centre and details of your driving experience. We only ask for information needed to assess an enquiry and respond to you.

How information will be used

Your information will be used to reply to your enquiry, discuss course availability and administer any course you agree with us. It will not be sold.

Keeping information secure

Phone and WhatsApp messages are handled through the relevant phone and messaging services. This website does not store contact details in a website database.

Theory practice progress

When you use the theory practice hub, it saves your progress in local storage in your browser on your device. This includes your latest answer record for each question, saved questions, up to 30 completed sessions and an unfinished session. This practice progress is not sent to us, linked to a named account or synced between devices. The local-storage key is dic-theory-v1. You can remove it using “Clear my progress” in the hub or by clearing this website’s browser data. Other people using the same browser profile can see it. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent saving.

Your choices

You can ask about the information held about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where appropriate. Contact us by telephone to make a request.

This notice may be updated if contact methods, analytics or other services change.
